Return Policy

At Laird Superfood, we take pride in crafting high-quality products for you and your family. We hope you love our products, but we understand that everyone is different and certain items may not be the right fit for you. We stand behind our products with a top-notch customer service team and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with a recent purchase, we want to make it right. Our team is happy to exchange the item for a product of equal value; if we cannot find a suitable replacement, we will issue a refund.

Terms and Conditions:

To request a refund or exchange, please contact our customer service team at aloha@lairdsuperfood. Our team will be happy to assist you based on your specific situation.

We cannot process refunds or returns for products purchased more than 30 days prior to the request date, or for products not purchased directly from Laird Superfood. We may require identifying information, such as proof of purchase or an order number.

Once a refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method within 1–3 business days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify order details (including the shipping address) before submitting an order.

Please note that due to our rapid order processing, we may be unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted.

Additional shipping fees and original shipping costs may be non-refundable.

If you wish to return an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns require prior approval from our customer service team.

If you encounter issues during delivery (such as carrier delays or lost packages), please notify our team immediately, and we will be happy to assist you. For more information, please click here to view our shipping policy.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund, exchange, or return request if we suspect policy abuse. Any refund requests falling outside the scope of this policy will be handled by our team on a case-by-case basis. In no event shall any remedy, exchange, or refund provided constitute an admission of liability.
